Where are you based?
I am based in Wallington, South London.

What areas do you cover?
The main areas that I cover are: Wallington, Carshalton, Sutton, Croydon, Mitcham, Wimbledon, Tooting, Purley, and the surrounding areas. I am happy to consider most parts of South London and North Surrey- please give me a call to find out. 0794 658 3417.

Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes. All my jobs are guaranteed for twelve months.

Are you insured?
Yes. I have public liability Insurance for up to £2,000,000.

Do you offer a twenty-four hour service?
No. I operate during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm.

How big a job can you take on?
Usually, jobs range from one hour to a few days. I can occasionally take on larger projects; for any job that will take longer than a week it is recommended that you use a specialist tradesman.

Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Companies use my services to take care of their everyday maintenance and repairs. There is no formal procedure, just give me a call to arrange 0794 658 3417. I ask that invoices are paid within 7 days.

Are you CORGI (Gas Safe) registered?
No. I can undertake a wide range of plumbing jobs, as well as bleed radiators. However, I cannot by law work with Gas or heating systems.

Do you provide materials?
I always have sealant, seals, fixings and rail plugs on my van and generally provide them free of charge. I am happy to collect further materials from suppliers (included in my hourly rate though).

How can I pay?
I accept cash, cheque, bank transfer (if done on completion and verifiable) and all major credit/debit cards (£5 service charge)
